講師: 左瑞麟 現任國立政治大學資訊科學系特聘教授、資訊學院副院長、資訊安全科技研究中心主任及資訊安全碩士學位學程主任，並擔任中華民國資訊安全學會理事。教授畢業於國立清華大學工業工程學士，並於日本筑波大學取得經營與政策科學、系統與資訊工程雙碩士及博士學位。專長涵蓋資訊安全、後量子密碼技術、區塊鏈與物聯網安全、隱私保護技術及數位貨幣機制設計，主持多項科技部與產學合作計畫，並屢獲科技部研究獎勵、優秀年輕學者獎等殊榮。 |

講師: Simon Lawrie Simon is based in Singapore and leads a team of security and compliance specialists at AWS engaging and supporting Financial Services companies to ensure their cloud journeys are secure and compliant. He brings to AWS, and its customers, a diverse background of experience working in Tech, Telco and Financial Services where, for 8 years, prior to joining AWS, he led a major US Bank’s Cyber Security Defense operations from Singapore, with teams in the UK, India and APAC, protecting all parts of the organisation from security threats and risk. Simon also led infrastructure and technology teams at large Banks, transforming operations and refreshing environments, building for simplicity and resilience whilst optimising for cost. In addition, Simon held the CEO position of his Banks Singapore technology hub which was home to regional staff across Risk, CIO, CTO, CISO and Operations teams. Simon has lived and worked in 10 countries and holds two International patents he created with his teammates in 2020 for advanced neural network driven security controls. |

講師: John Buselli John Buselli is the Global Offering Manager for IBM Security Research, focused on developing IBM’s Quantum Safe Program. In this role, he oversees customer-facing programs and supports product strategy and market development. Since joining IBM Research in 2014, John has focused on cyber security, confidential computing, privacy-enhancing technologies, data governance, and securing AI Analytic initiatives. His prior career focused on establishing and expanding initial markets, products, and operations for early-stage software firms, including Verity (purchased by HP), KVS (acquired by Symantec), Princeton Softech (purchased by IBM), as well as senior leadership roles at Seer Technologies and Texas Instruments. |

講師: Umut Cikla Umut is part of the global IBM Quantum Safe Research team and an IBM Quantum Ambassador. He focuses on connecting advances in post[1]quantum cryptography and quantum computing with industry business requirements, particularly in the financial services, public services, and telecommunications sectors. In addition, he serves as a senior executive advisor, driving the adoption of quantum computing and quantum-safe technologies to accelerate and empower business innovation while helping organizations prepare for potential quantum threats. He represents the IBM Quantum Safe Research organization across the Asia-Pacific region and supports organizations in shaping and executing their Quantum Safe transformation programs. Umut has more than 25 years of experience in the technology industry. He is currently pursuing his PhD in the Cybersecurity Research Division of the Computer Engineering Department at UNSW in Sydney, focusing on post[1]quantum cryptographic applications in banking industry and payments use cases. |

講師: 林詠章 現任國立中興大學資訊管理學系終身特聘教授，並兼任國立中興大學資訊工程學系及後醫學系、亞洲大學資訊工程系合聘教授，同時擔任中華民國資訊安全學會副理事長與中華智慧運算學會副理事長。林教授畢業於國立中正大學資訊工程博士，長期深耕於人工智慧、資訊安全、區塊鏈與數位轉型等領域。林教授主持及共同主持多項科技部與教育部AI、資安、區塊鏈及智慧製造相關研究計畫，並累積豐富的產學合作經驗，主持之「資通暨個資技術與服務產學聯盟」已服務超過60家產業會員，榮獲科技部「產學績優聯盟」獎項。他亦是「先進智慧製造技術聯盟」、「台灣能源數位轉型產學技術聯盟」、「區塊鏈技術與服務產學聯盟」等多個產學聯盟的共同主持人，推動資訊科技在多元產業的創新應用。 |

講師: 孫漢傑 孫漢傑博士現任中華電信研究院資通安全研究所計畫經理，長期專注於資安技術與信賴服務的研發，包括 PKI、身分識別、晶片卡管理、區塊鏈與金融科技應用。孫博士畢業於美國伊利諾理工學院，取得電機博士學位，曾任美國 DeVry Institute of Technology 助理教授及 ADSL 系統設計工程師，自 2000 年起加入中華電信研究院，推動多項資安與數位信任基礎建設。其專長涵蓋零信任架構、高強度身分認證、分散式帳本技術 (DLT)、後量子密碼 (PQC) 及資安策略規劃，特別致力於將密碼技術與金融服務結合，以因應量子運算帶來的挑戰。孫博士同時深耕跨領域資安整合，協助政府與產業建構數位轉型所需的安全基礎，並在金融科技及資安應用上持續扮演領航角色。 |
