本次金融科技論壇旨在透過國內外專家的精采演講和對話，提供數位金融關鍵議題的最新發展趨勢與國際個案解析，掌握數位化浪潮如何重塑銀行業的未來，以協助金融從業人員對數位金融創新的思考與因應。

舉辦模式 |
論壇將以線上教學模式進行，國際講座使用遠距線上系統進行，各項活動進行細節與相關注意事項，將於活動開課前逕行通知參訓學員。

講座: Dongsoo Kim Dongsoo Kim is Director of the ESG Research Institute at Kim & Chang. He is an expert in sustainability policy, strategy, and widely used ESG frameworks, supporting multinational enterprises, public organizations, and government bodies in developing and enhancing their sustainability policies, strategies, and performance.Dongsoo currently serves as an independent director and board member of the Council on Economic Policies and as a Standards Board Member of AccountAbility. He also holds an adjunct professorship at Hanyang University (School of Business).Prior to joining Kim & Chang, Dongsoo led ESG research and sustainability initiatives at the Korea Productivity Center (KPC), a major government-affiliated organization under the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy (MOTIE). Earlier, he served as Secretary-General of the Sustainable Management Center at MOTIE and as Secretary of the CSR Center at the Ministry of SMEs & Startups. He has also contributed as an ESG advisor to the 20th Presidential Transition Committee.Dongsoo frequently speaks at ESG events and provides insights through media outlets. He was born in South Korea, studied in the United States, and holds a Ph.D. in Management Engineering from KAIST, along with graduate and undergraduate degrees from Seoul National University and the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah. |

講座: 李伯亨 Dr. Bo-Heng Lee is the Business Director of the Low-Carbon and Energy Storage Technology Division at ITRI’s Green Energy and Environment Research Laboratories. With nearly 20 years in the energy sector, he specializes in geothermal engineering, thermal applications, and carbon capture and storage (CCS). He previously led Taiwan's renewable energy third-party verification initiative and established an ISO 17025-accredited geothermal testing lab. Currently, he focuses on optimizing low-carbon systems, including bioenergy, hydrogen, and ammonia applications. |

講座: 歐素華 歐素華博士現任 EMBA 專任副教授，畢業於國立政治大學科技管理與智慧財產研究所。歐博士專精於創新與創業、金融科技（Fintech）、企業永續發展（ESG）以及商業模式變革，是兼具前瞻學術視野與深厚產業實務鏈結的頂尖專家。她歷年來在國內外頂尖期刊發表數十篇論文，屢獲國科會傑出研究獎及聯電經營管理論文獎等多項大獎肯定；並出版《綠色金融科技與多元商模創新》等多部指標性著作。歐博士的教學強調「行動研究」與「體驗式實踐」，曾獲選校內「教學傑出教師」。她長期主持金融業（如永豐金控）與政府跨部會產學計畫，近年指導 EMBA 團隊榮獲 2026 年永豐盃全國 EMBA 個案交流賽數位轉型組冠軍，擅長引導企業高階主管落實數位轉型與永續創新。 |
