He heads the app division at one of Europe's largest banks and has previously held senior roles in online payment methods, fintech partnerships, BNPL, marketing and product management, and branch leadership. |

講座：Shy Datika Mr. Datika is the founder of INX, a fully regulated trading platform for regulated security tokens.He has over 30 years of capital markets experience, trading and building networks and technology. Starting from founding the largest leading multinational brokerage house based in Tel-Aviv, with over 100 global banks. Datika has significant experience working together with regulators in Israel, EU and US. Datika is also deeply active with different startups in Fintech area, and acts as a director and market expert. For 18 years, act as an External Director; Chairman of the Investment committee and a member of the Audit Committee at Altshuler Shaham, the biggest provident funds and Pension in Israel, which has more than 150 billion ILS under management. |

講座：鄭旭高 鄭旭高（Colin Cheng）國立政治大學會計學士、碩士，以及會計法律碩士學程學歷。他具備中華民國會計師、美國註冊會計師及國際公認反洗錢師等專業證照資格。在學術與顧問領域，他擔任政治大學兼任助理教授、文化大學與華梵大學兼任副教授、銘傳大學兼任講師，並受聘為經濟部中小企業處創業顧問與財團法人資策會數位轉型研究院顧問。在產業界與公協會方面，他現任台北數位資產商業同業協會理事長、萬旭浤資訊科技有限公司董事長、富裔實業獨立董事、全國中小企業總會五臨二代會會長，以及中華民國內部稽核協會準則暨編譯委員會副主委。他的專業背景專精於公司治理與獨立董事監督機制、金融監理（RegTech）與法遵制度設計、反洗錢（AML/CFT）與國際制裁合規、數位資產（Crypto / Stablecoin / RWA）與金融創新、人工智慧（AI）導入企業營運與風險管理，以及企業數位轉型與新商業模式設計。鄭旭高長期受邀於國內外政府機關、金融專業機構及學術單位進行專題演講與顧問服務。其主講專長除數位資產外，亦涵蓋公司治理、AI 與企業轉型、ESG 與永續金融等領域。他擁有豐富的國際交流經驗，曾參與瑞士南方應用科技大學（SUPSI）、瑞士提契諾區塊鏈協會、不丹首屆全球幸福論壇、韓國東北亞五國反洗錢與反資恐專家論壇，以及美國亞利桑那州商務局私董會等國際性論壇與學術活動。 |

講座：Dr. Samson Omale Dr. Samson Omale is a business consultant and CEO with over 16 years of experience leading the Rock Global Investment Network in London. He currently serves as a Lecturer at the University of Portsmouth London Campus (since 2025), teaching Business, Finance, Accounting, and Banking. Previously, he was a Lecturer and Professor at the International School of Management Paris from 2019 to 2020. Dr. Omale has held multiple senior management and board positions, including serving as Chief Accountant, Head of Internal Audit, and Chief Investment Officer for major global corporations in the banking, reinsurance, and manufacturing industries. He sits on several corporate boards, including Rock Global Investment Network, Eurocom Securities UK, Afri Bank Nigeria Limited, and Abuja Capital Hotels. Academically, he holds a PhD in Finance, an M.Sc. in International Capital Markets, an MBA in Banking & Finance, and a Bachelor of Education. His expertise spans capital market trading strategies, blockchain technology, sustainability, ESG, and financial regulation. |

講座：Chetan Karkhanis Chetan Karkhanis is a Senior Vice President in the Franklin Innovation Research Strategies and Technology (FIRST) group covering the Asia Pacific Region, based in Singapore. He focuses on innovative distribution, digital disruption, and regional thought leadership to accelerate and commercialize technology-enabled investment capabilities. Previously, he led product management for various global equity platforms within Franklin Templeton, including the Templeton Global Equity Group, Franklin Global Growth, and Balanced Equity Management (Australia). He also led the Corporate Strategy function in the Financial Strategies group. Prior to joining Franklin Templeton in 2014, Mr. Karkhanis was a Vice President in Strategy and Development at JPMorgan Asset Management in New York City. He also held strategy and corporate development roles at Moody’s and Charles Schwab, and began his career in investment banking and equity research. He holds a B.A. in Economics and an M.Sc. in Management Sciences and Engineering from Stanford University. |
