講師介紹 Mr. Michael Kan

 

Michael is a seasoned banking professional, consultant, and educator with over 26 years of experience across banking, real estate, and recruitment. He brings deep expertise in wealth management, having spent 18 years advising clients and building strong, revenue-generating portfolios across UHNW, HNW, SME, and corporate segments. 
In recent years, Michael has focused on ESG and sustainability, spearheading AI For Sustainability initiatives with financial institutions and multinational corporations. His work includes sustainable finance, ESG reporting, and advising organisations on reducing their environmental and social impact. He has also contributed pro bono consultancy to support ESG regulatory alignment, sustainability initiatives, and market analysis for international firms. 
He holds an Advanced Certificate in Driving Sustainability from Singapore Management University, foundational certifications in AI with Singapore University of Technology, and serves as Adjunct Faculty with SMU Academy. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Commerce from Curtin University.

Mr. Jacob Hung

Mr. Jacob Hung is an ESG Client Engagement Specialist at S&P Global Market Intelligence with over 14 years of professional experience. A seasoned speaker and educator, Jacob has a proven track record of delivering expert training and presentations on ESG and sustainability topics to financial institutions across APAC.

He specializes in climate risk, portfolio analysis, and data analytics, advising clients on ESG metrics, reporting, engagement, and integration. Jacob’s deep domain expertise is backed by premier industry credentials, including the Certified Environmental, Social and Governance Analyst (CESGA®), the CFA Institute's Certificate in ESG Investing, and the Sustainability and Climate Risk (SCR) certification from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).

 

Ms. Judy Su(蘇筱琳女士)

Ms. Judy Su has 10 years of experience in product and research in commodities and sustainability. She is now responsible for leading the sustainability services business at S1, covering the East Asian market. Judy is experienced in managing client projects, delivering insightful results, and helping both corporations and financial institutions on climate and sustainability issues. She has abundant experience in climate risk assessment, carbon accounting and investment portfolio analytics. She also leads the regional thought-leadership initiatives by producing monthly market updates for distribution and speaking at regional industry events. 

Judy previously worked at Citigroup as a commodities strategist based in Hong Kong, focusing on investment research in the energy and metals markets and thematic analysis of energy transition and China’s carbon market. 

She graduated with an MA from the Johns Hopkins University – School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), specializing in Energy, in addition to International Relations and International Economics.
